We provide professional gas station construction services, including but not limited to site planning, design, construction, fuel system installation, and station upgrades. Detailed deliverables, timelines, and costs will be specified in individual project contracts.
Payment schedules will be defined in the service agreement. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services until balances are cleared.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, securing access, and cooperating with necessary documentation and permits unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Any delays caused by client inaction may affect the project timeline and cost.
While we strive to meet all project deadlines, certain factors—such as weather conditions, permit delays, or supply chain disruptions—may affect timelines. We will communicate such changes promptly and work to minimize impact.
We guarantee the quality and durability of our construction services for a period defined in the project contract. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, third-party work, or acts of nature beyond our control.
We adhere to all applicable safety standards and environmental regulations. Clients must ensure a safe and lawful working environment throughout the duration of the project.
All designs, drawings, and documents created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred by written agreement. Clients are granted usage rights solely for the purpose of the agreed-upon project.
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any terms. Fees for completed work up to the date of termination will remain due. In some cases, termination fees may apply.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service agreement in question.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before seeking legal recourse. All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the United States of America.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or directly to clients as applicable.
